What is Find Mode?

Find Mode is Milestone’s AI-powered search that looks across your whole workspace in real time. You can search tasks, documents, comments, people, and connected apps (e.g., Slack, Gmail) in one place.

Prerequisites: None. Find Mode works for anyone with workspace access.


How to open Find Mode

  • Keyboard: Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows)
  • Click: Search icon in the top navigation bar

Search tips

Natural language

Ask in plain English:

Filters

Use filters to narrow results:

  • status:done Completed tasks
