What is Find Mode?
Find Mode is Milestone’s AI-powered search that looks across your whole workspace in real time. You can search tasks, documents, comments, people, and connected apps (e.g., Slack, Gmail) in one place.
Prerequisites: None. Find Mode works for anyone with workspace access.
How to open Find Mode
- Keyboard: Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows)
- Click: Search icon in the top navigation bar
What you can search
