Reset your password
If you don't remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps. No need to contact support.
Prerequisites: Access to the email address associated with your Milestone account.
Step-by-step
- Go to the Milestone login page.
- Click "Forgot password?" (or "Reset password").
- Enter the email address you use for Milestone.
- Click Send (or Email me a reset link).
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Milestone.
- Click the reset link in the email. Links expireusually within 1 hour.
- Enter your new password twice (to confirm).
- Click Reset password or Save. You can now log in with the new password.
Troubleshooting
